Amstelveen, The Netherlands, 17 June 2008: Canon today announces Canon Ambassadors, a new long-term programme that will see 12 of the most accomplished professional Canon photographers working in close partnership with Canon. Amongst them are Gary Knight (VII), Michael Nichols (National Geographic), Ziv Koren (Polaris Images) and Lorenzo Agius (Getty Images). The full programme will be activated at the Visa Pour L’Image, photojournalism festival in Perpignan, France from 1 to 7 September 2008.
