Non-governmental organization Kontakt’s surveys show that 28 percent of the Kosovo Serb population will participate in the coming local elections.

A member of the NGO’s Kosovo branch, Fatmir Sheholli, said that the survey was conducted in Gračanica, adding that 125 persons were questioned.
