Paging Dr. Drew! Leave it to the “guidos & guidettes” of Jersey Shore to come to the rescue upon hearing that VH1 has run out of low-level drunks and druggies to torment on the next season of Celebrity Rehab.

Word on the Curb has it that one of seven stars of the smash MTV reality soap (We’ve got five bucks and a tube of Mac Lipglass that says it’s J-WOWW…) has developed quite a nasty addiction to cocaine during the six weeks the cast spent in Miami (aka “The Cocaine Capital) filming scenes for the show’s second season.

MTV is apparently unaware of the drug use, since the as-yet-unnamed star was able to buy and use blow when the cameras weren’t rolling.

One snitch spills to RadarOnline.com: “Miami is obviously a big drug city, and when this cast member wanted to score, it wasn’t hard. In fact, the hardest thing was avoiding the cameras that constantly follow around the stars, but the cast members are veterans by now and they know how to get rid of the cameras when they want to…..”
