Controversial former Bachelor star Jason Mesnick — who famously dumped the recently-engaged Melissa Rycroft for Molly Malaney after choosing Melissa on the show’s finale — is hearing wedding bells of his own.

Jason proposed to a “giddy” Molly while on a vacation in New Zealand on Tuesday, PEOPLE.com has revealed.
