Around 50,000 people are still snowbound and 19 people have so far died from the cold, Interior Ministry Emergency Situations Sector Head Predrag Mari? says.

“Around 200 people have been rescued since the beginning of the cold snap in Serbia, but 19 people have unfortunately been found dead in the snow,“ he explained.
