Achieva Limited says a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has, today, exercised its right to terminate the distributor agreement with Seagate, a major supplier of hard disks.

However, Achieva says Seagate is not the only one from which the group sources its hard disks.

This line of business contributed about 37.6% of the group’s revenue for the financial year ended Dec 31 2008 and about 28.6% of the group’s revenue (unaudited) for the six-month period ended June 30 2009.
