He is funny though!

Comedian Artie Lange has pleaded guilty to the charge of driving under the influence after a car accident he  was in in New Jersey this past July. He first denied that he was under any kind of influence, but now has admitted to taking prescribned sleeping pills! Before driving Artie? Yikes.

He was sentenced to 7 months without a license.

Well, at least now you can drink all you want Artie!
