In a report on UNMIK’s work, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has urged all sides in Kosovo to show restraint and to constructively resolve all ethnic issues.

The Russian news agency Itar-Tass reports from UN Headquarters in New York that the document states, among other things, that the situation in the north of Kosovo is still tense.
