Singer Elton John was forced to cancel a concert in New York after his musical partner for the show Billy Joel showed flu-like symptoms.
Doctors reportedly ordered Joel to rest after he showed signs of an influenza bout, the Daily Star reports.
The two famous musicians are currently in the U.S. for their Face to Face tour, which will see them perform across the world.
The musical duo was set to perform at the Times Union Center in New York before the Piano man’s condition worsened.
There were fears that Joel would not recover on time.
However, the reps for the pair have assured that the concerts will be rescheduled.
