Nowadays there are many platforms in the market but the BlackBerry is regarded as one of the most popular. A number of platforms provide convenient browsing, but as for Blackberry phones, they have to base on a third party browser in order to offer an excellent browsing experience.

But it should not be like with RIM that introduces a new browser for its forthcoming phones. The new browser can be added with the help of an update. The new browser is based on Webkit, moreover, it looks quite capable. It should be mentioned that such handsets as the iPhone, Symbian and Anadroid, all of them are based on the Webkit rendering engine

Probably the BlackBerry browser can be regarded as the result of RIM’s takeover of Torch Mobile. The new browser will be able to back up CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, DOM L3, and AJAX pages. Nothing was mentioned about the release date.
