A police official says a bomb targeting a police chief’s vehicle in southwestern Pakistan has killed a passer-by and injured six others. Mohammed Zaman says the police chief, Shahid Nizam Durrani, was not harmed in Tuesday’s attack. The blast was caused by a bomb planted on a motorcycle that
