Brittany had a Last Will & Testament drafted before she married the British screenwriter in 2007 that leaves her entire estate to her beloved mother, Sharon Murphy, TMZ.com scooped Tuesday.

There is no evidence indicating that the King of the Hill star — who rose to fame in films like Don’t Say A Word and 8 Mile – amended her will after her quickie marriage to Monjack. The grief-stricken 39-year-old expressed his sorrow over the passing of his wife in a interview with Access Hollywood Monday: “My world was destroyed yesterday.”
