Canada sees Serbia as an important part of the region and is willing to promote bilateral military cooperation, Canadian Defense Minister Peter MacKay said.

At a joint press conference with Serbia’s Minister of Defense Dragan Å utanovac, Mackay said that Canada believes that the entire region needs to integrate into the Euro-Atlantic institutions.
