The public prosecutor dismissed the indictment against General Vladimir Trifunović and four officers of the former Yugoslav People’s Army (JNA).

The decision came after it was determined that the accused acted out of extreme necessity during the retreat of the army from Varaždin, Croatia, in 1991.
