An updated version of the Intel® SOA Expressway for Healthcare, a high-performance health information gateway used by ISVs and system integrators like IGI to share information inside hospitals and with community caregivers and health information networks, is available for download. Using the Intel gateway for system interface and message processing within its ORBIT Portal, IGI has helped Newark Beth Israel Medical Center securely share emergency room patient records, immunization information and Medicaid medication history with New Jersey’s state-run health information exchange.
