Municipal leaders of the town of Vrhovina, in Croatia, are accusing a doctor in OtoÄac of refusing treatment to a patient because of his Serb ethnicity.
This is according to a report in Zagreb daily Jutranji List on Monday, which identifies the doctor as Enes Mujkanović.
