Head of the European Commission (EC) Delegation in Serbia Vincent Degert said that Serbia must complete certain legal steps before becoming an EU candidate.

He said that there will be a ministerial meeting held in Brussels next week at which Serbia’s candidacy for EU membership will be discussed.
