New Delhi: After loosing the 2nd ODI against Sri Lanka, India seems to be in a big trouble as the skipper Dhoni has been banned for the two ODIs.

The decision was taken by the match referee Jeff Crowe as India maintained a slow over rate during the match at Nagpur and it ended about 45 minutes after the scheduled time.

The ban is likely to be in effect immediately which implies India will play the crucial matches at Cuttak and Kolkata without Dhoni and will be only available from the last match or the final ODI in Delhi.

Earlier in the match the visitors won the game by three wickets to level the five-match series with 1-1.
