A referendum that will allow citizens of RS, to declare their support for the Dayton Agreement could be held in mid-February, says Milorad Dodik.

The Dayton accord ended the 1992-95 war in Bosnia and organized the country into two entities: the Serb republic, RS, and the Muslim-Croat federation.
