RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik has called Deputy High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina Raffi Gregorian a “liar”.

“Gregorian is lying. He is a pathological liar,” Dodik told reporters in Banja Luka today, commenting on the U.S. diplomat’s claim that the Republic of Srpska public electrical company has been charging residents of the District of Brčko at a higher rate than those in RS.
