A retired colonel who last December fatally injured a boy in a traffic accident in Leskovac was today found guilty and sentenced to 3.5 years in jail.

Tests showed that Zoran Marjanović (53), had 2.12 permilles of blood alcohol when he hit the 8-year-old with his car. The legal limit in Serbia is 0.5 permilles.
