A man accused of secretly videotaping ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews and posting the nude footage online will plead guiltyto interstate stalking charges, The Associated Press reports.

Michael Barrett, 48, is planning to plead guilty in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. Barrett was arrested in October after he allegedly rented adjacent hotel rooms to Andrews in three cities in order to film her nude. He faces up to five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
