EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule believes that responsibility for Kosovo’s EU perspective lies with the Priština authorities.

During a meeting with Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga on Friday, Fule said that the European Council made a decision in December to increase cooperation between the EU and Kosovo.
