Former Serbian Army (VS) CoGS Gen. Zdravko Ponoš will be appointed as an assistant to FM Vuk Jeremić, Belgrade daily Večernje Novosti writes.

Ponoš was sacked as Army chief in December 2008, and officially retired with a presidential decree on the last day of 2009.
