Pocket Chef is a cooking simulation game that is developed by Gameloft. The game is designed for the iPhone. It includes 25 various recipes, but some of them has to be unlocked that can be done with the help of completing simpler and more familiar recipes. Each recipe needs different cooking skills that can be found in mini-games which come with introductory tutorials.

One can play the game as an iPhone advertisement-Pocket Chef that uses the double-touch as well as the internal accelerometer that lets you to open cracked eggs as well as flip items in a sauté pan.

But those who are not good cookers, do not try to cook a five-course meal after you had played a few rounds. The game comes with a recipe book that includes only 25 recipes, but still there is no use for Pocket Chef to rival with real recipe apps such as Epicurious Recipes and Whole Foods Recipes as they involve a big range of recipes, moreover, they are much cheaper than Pocket Chef which has a price tag of $4.99.

Pocket Chef is considered to be a fun game and it is not going to teach you how to cook. As for graphics, it is impressive, in fact, it is a clever casual game.
