The Hague Tribunal trial chamber has accepted the demands of Ante Gotovina’s defense and ordered Croatia to terminate its search for documents.

President Judge Alphons Orie said that the chamber will order Croatia to freeze the search for the documents until further recommendations from the Tribunal.
