Sometimes we need to forward incoming email to a different email address for record or reference purpose. Ideally, we would open that email and then manually forward the email to a different email address. Gmail allows you to automate this process and forwards every incoming email to a specified different email address.
Auto Forward emails on Gmail
1. Login into Gmail & click on settings option at top right.
2. Now click on “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab on settings page.

3. Select and highlight option “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” and enter the other email address where emails should be forwarded. Click Save changes button.
You can also select options for original email in your Gmail inbox as to keep Gmail copy in inbox, archive Gmail copy or delete Gmail copy. This is very useful to centralize flow of emails from different email IDs to one email ID using automatic email forwarding.
