Skype is preferred application for many interent users to stay connected with friends and family using internet. Skype keeps record of all chats and calls made using the application. You can easily delete and clear up Skype call / chat history to free up disk space and maintain privacy.

Delete Skype chat and call IM history

1. Open Skype application on your computer.
2. Goto menu option Tools > Options

3. In the Options window, click Privacy settings tab on the left side. Then click on Show Advanced Options button.
4. Click clear history button under keep history for option. This will delete your skype history.

Also, you can select option “no history” from drop down box to disable history recording by Skype on the computer.
