Some user relish the colorful view while other may not like it – as it causes Bing to slow down on low speed internet connection. There is option to turn OFF bing background image and make it load quickly.

Open Bing Search:

Without image: http://www.bing.com/?rb=0

Using either of above URLs, you can open Bing search with or without the background image wallpaper.
