Hungarian daily “faces editorial policy censorship”

The South East Europe Media Organization (SEEMO) is concerned about political pressure on Novi Sad daily Magyar Szo, a statement from the organization said.

Magyar Szo is the only Hungarian language newspaper in Serbia’s northern Vojvodina province, which, SEEMO said, in February faced accusations from the Hungarian National Council that it “does not serve the Hungarian community in Serbia properly due to the bad editorial policy”.
