The International Court of Justice denies that it has already formed its opinion on the legality of Kosovo’s independence, daily Politika reported.

ICJ President Hisashi Owada said that the court is not able to predict what kind of stance the judges will take and what conclusion they will reach related to Kosovo’s independence proclamation.
