Collaboration application maker Jive Software March 2 is adding idea management to its arsenal with Jive Ideation. Jive Ideation helps employees, customers and partners form communities around specific ideas, such as product or service creation. The application is essentially Jive’s stab at sidea or innovation management software popularized by applications from Salesforce.com, Spigit, SuccessFactors and BrightIdea. Meanwhile, Socialcast has launched its new Ease enterprise activity stream engine software.
