Lady Gaga once wore Kermit the Frog as a jacket, but on Sunday night, the quirky pop sensation wore the famous Muppet on her arm instead.
“It’s our first date and we’ve been eying each other for some time,†Gaga told MTV VJ Sway. “You’re so handsome tonight, Kermit!†she said. “I’m so nervous around himâ€
Piggy won’t be pleased….
The “Love Game” star arrived on the red carpet at Sunday night’s 2009 MTV VMAs escorted by Kermit, who was wearing a tuxedo for the occasion.
“Gaga and I, we’re just friends,†Kermit quickly added.
“Miss Piggy has been sending me some pretty funny text messages – she was wondering if it was going to be another late night,†GaGa joked.
