KSH Holdings, the construction, property development and property management group, says it has won a new contract worth $36 million for the construction of Watten Residences — a luxury 59-unit freehold strata development in the prime Bukit Timah area.

With this new contract win, KSH Holdings says the existing order book of the group’s construction business now stands at $383 million. The unfulfilled contract value for all existing contracts on hand is expected to be completed by December 2011.
