It has recently been reported that Lady Gaga can still visit Yankee Stadium but not the clubhouse itself.

Brian Cashman, general manager of New York Yankees, informed that she, as all other celebrities, is not banned however not after losing.

On Friday Yankees lost to the New York Mets. After that Lady Gaga went to the clubhouse of Yankees to meet with some of the players – with Robinson Cano among them. At the very beginning it was planned that after the final pitch the media would be allowed into the clubhouse. But in fact it was not.

According to Hal Steinbrenner, Yankees co-chairman, Lady Gaga was forbidden to appear in the team’s clubhouse any more because of her disgraceful behavior. She had a bikini bottom and a half-buttoned Yankees jersey on her and she was drinking whiskey and fondling her breasts. In Cashman’s opinion the stadium is big enough to find a place for celebrities to interact with players.

Despite the fact that securities didn’t fulfill their job, when they somehow let Lady Gaga in the clubhouse, no one of them was sacked, as Cashman said.

Joe Girardi, Yankees manager, believes that celebrities don’t distract the team too much as when it is time for a play they simply concentrate on playing – so, they have already accustomed to it.
