Speaking of Levi Johnston, the strapping teen pop’s con mom has been sentenced to three years in prison for her role in an illegal drug operation.

The elder Johnston, 42, pleaded guilty in August to one count of possession with intent to deliver the painkiller OxyContin. Five other felony counts were dropped in the deal, which called for a five-year prison sentence; two years were suspended, The Anchorage Daily News is reporting.

The Wasilla native will serve her sentence at Hiland Mountain Correctional Center in Eagle River, Alaska’s only women’s prison.
