Leave it to the Lohan clan to take family dysfunction to the next level! Lindsay Lohan is seeking a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan.

The actress says she is scared of her father and his erratic behavior, and is seeking the restraining order to stop him from being able to contact her. No surprise though, because just days ago Michael Lohan told gossip site X17 online that he wanted to “kidnao” his daughter and send her back to rehab!

His exact words were “I’m going to see the judge this week. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”

Interesting.

Michael Lohan has been possibly the worst father, and has been in and out of prison numerous times. Now, a changed man, he was recently spotted giving fatherly advice to, you guessed it, Jon Gosselin! Wow! This guy should be locked up….and he should take Jon with him!

Lindsay does need help though, but since kidnapping is illegal, maybe you should try something else Michael. Maybe Jon has some tips for you this time! He does have experience with girls Lindsay’s age!
