Slovak Deputy Prime Minister DuÅ¡an ÄŒaploviÄ says that a Slavic language should become one of the EU official languages, beside French and English.
Deputy PM’s Spokesman Michal Kalinak told TASR news agency that ÄŒaploviÄ had stressed that three major language groups were represented in the EU – Germanic, Romance and Slavic.
