Bloomberg says stocks of casino operator Genting Bhd. rose in pre-market trading in Kuala Lumpur after its Singapore unit obtained a casino licence from the Singapore government for its resort on Sentosa island. Malaysia’s Genting, which closed at 6.78 ringgit ($2.79) on Feb 5, was offered at 6.87 ringgit at 8:47 a.m.
