Miley Cyrus” nine-year-old sister Noah has caused ripples after wearing a ”tacky” outfit to Halloween party.

Cyrus junior appeared at the 16th Annual Dream Halloween party in Los Angeles, dressed in lipstick, leather boots and a costume reduced to the thigh.

However, detractors were quick to slam the kid and called her choice of dress “trashy”.

“If she is wearing like this at nine years old, I can”t imagine how she will wear when she is 19,” the Herald Sun quoted a website reader, as saying.

The event was organised by the US Children Affected by Aids Foundation to raise funds.
