The Serbian Military Academy Thursday marked its anniversary March 18 and 160 years of the existence of military education in Serbia.

The ceremony at the Yugoslav Drama Theatre was attended by Serbian President Boris Tadić, Prime Minister Mirko Cvetković, Defense Minister Dragan Šutanovac, Serbian Army Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen Miloje Miletić, Patriarch Irinej and numerous eminent public figures.
