Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjić apologized to journalist Milan Lađević for what he called, “yesterday’s gesture of personal affection”.

Lađević, a reporter with Belgrade tabloid Kurir, said on Tuesday that the minister slapped his face while he was reporting from the parliament building.
