Hague Tribunal President Patrick Robinson commented on the prospects of having the court’s two remaining wanted persons strand trial before its judges.

Robinson said that if former Bosnian Serb military leader Ratko Mladić and former Croatian Serb political leader Goran Hadžić are not arrested by the end of the court’s mandate, they will still be judged by the Tribunal under the terms of the so-called “legacy mechanism”.
