Epidemiologists say that the number of people who have the swine flu in Serbia is a lot greater than official tallies indicate, but that most cases are minor.

“The total number of laboratory-confirmed cases is 249. However, the number of people diagnosed as having the swine flu is a lot greater, the number can probably be multiplied by 10. We can say that several thousands of people have the flu,” said Branislav Tiodorović, a member of the working group for following the swine flu.
