Nation pays homage to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on 25th anniversary of her martyrdom on Saturday.
At Indira Gandhi’s Samadhi at Shakti Sthal in the capital, floral tributes were paid to the departed leader, Tributes were paid on behalf of the President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, who is on a foreign visit.
Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari paid floral tributes at the Shakti Sthal.
Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh also visited Shakti Sthal and paid his tributes.

A prayer meeting was organised at the official residence of indira Gandhi. This was attende by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Family members of Gandhi and other dignatories attended the prayer meeting.
