Natural Cool Holdings, a provider of integrated climate management, switchgear and solutions, says it plans to list some of its subsidiaires on the Growth Entreprise Market (GEM) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange after restructuring.

Natural Cool says it will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary (Newco), which will acquire STE Group Pte Ltd, S-Team Switchgear Private Limited, S-Team Switchgear (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, STE Titans Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, VNS Manufacturing Pte Ltd, VNS Switchgear (India) Pvt Ltd, Titans Power Holding Pte. Ltd., Titans Power System Pte. Ltd, and Titans Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.
