Montenegrin Foreign Minister Milan Roćen said that the agreement for naming a new ambassador to Belgrade is a sign of improving relations.

He told daily Večernje Novosti that the naming of Igor Jovović as Montenegro’s new ambassador to Serbia will strengthen regional stability, adding that it will also be a recommendation for faster progress towards the united European goal of the region.
