Very famous actress Nicollette Sheridan who is a part of the “Desperate Housewives” an ABCs show is in news lately. The lady who portrays the role of an agent for divorced real estate has registered a case of assault and wrong criteria of termination of the creator and the producer.

The case was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, LOS ANGELES. The lady said that she was assaulted in Sep 2008 by the producer (Marc Cherry) at the Wisteria Lane set where he hit her hard on the face.

According to Sheridan, the producer forcefully hit his hand on her face when she was just there to know about a single line written on her script. And after she created a scene there the producer asked for forgiveness.

He even tried to threaten her by eliminating her role from the series when she described the whole act to the ABC. The lawyer of Nicollette Sheridan reported that it’s odd and justifiably untrue to omit once character without the permission and acceptance of the actor or until the actor is ready to break the contract signed.

The ABC and the producer Marc Cherry both are keen to take revenge from her by skipping her part in the series or just ending her role.
