This fall, former American Idol judge Paula Abdul will host a new dance show — Got to Dance — on CBS.

She certainly seems like the woman for the job: The “Straight Up” singer has an extensive background as a dancer, choreographer, and former Lakers cheerleader.

Now Abdul is on the prowl for dance’s next big thing.

“Paula is looking for talented, creative, diverse and unique dancers. She’s looking for Solos, Duos, Trios & Groups of ALL STYLES, ALL AGES. If you have the love and passion for dance like Paula, then check out how you can be a part of her new show,” read a casting call released by the network this week.
