Petrovietnam Finance Corp. (PVF.HM), an arm of Vietnam’s state oil monopoly, said on Friday it planned to list shares on the Singapore stock exchange this year but did not give details.
The company, 10% owned by Morgan Stanley (MS.N), also said it expected its gross profit to grow nearly 70% to 1.03 trillion dong ($78.4 million) this year on revenue of 5.06 trillion dong.
